What are the delivery delays?
ÉPICE PARIS offers a fast and secure express delivery service. Delivery times are estimated from the time your order is dispatched. On average, delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days from dispatch of the order.
What are the delivery costs?
Free delivery in Europe for orders over €250. Outside France, the cost of delivery will be communicated to you before the order is validated. Delivery costs do not exceed 30€. Delivery France : 4,90€ Delivery Europe from 15€ Delivery World from 25€.
How can I track my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. A tracking number will be available for each order placed. No shipping on weekends or holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to track the order. You can also check the status of your order via your personal space


How can I get a refund?
ÉPICE has set up simplified procedures to enable you to return your product under the best conditions, in particular: If your product does not suit you and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by making a request for return. If your product does not conform to the one you ordered on the Site. We will guide you through the return procedure to ensure that your return is simple and reliable. Please make sure you follow the procedure for requesting returns.

How long does it take to return my order?
You may return or exchange any product ordered within 14 days of receipt;
How long does it take to get my refund?
The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of your package by ÉPICE Paris. We remind you that refunds are made by crediting your credit card or your Paypal account.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments by credit card, Paypal and Apple pay are accepted.

ÉPICE PARIS offers a fast and secure express delivery via our carrier Chronopost. Delivery times are estimated, on average, between two and four working days. For other countries, the cost will be indicated at the payment stage.
RETURN & REFUND
You may return or exchange any product ordered within 14 days of receipt. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. You can make a refund request via your personal space by selecting the item concerned.
