Returns & refunds

ÉPICE has set up simplified procedures to allow you to return your product under the best possible conditions. We assist you throughout your return process to ensure straightforward, reliable tracking. Make sure to follow the procedure for requesting a return.
1

Inform us of your intention to return a product

The return request is an essential prerequisite for the acceptance and refunding of returned products, whether this return involves a right of withdrawal or a nonconforming product. To make a return request, we invite you to connect to your customer area by clicking on the link provided. You will be asked to enter the email address with which you placed the order. We will contact you once the returns request has been approved.
2

Return shipping costs and return method

Right of withdrawal: the return shipping costs and the choice of the carrier remain your responsibility. It is your responsibility to keep all proof of return, i.e., return by registered parcel post or by any other means providing proof of a certain sending date. Return request for product nonconformity: a return slip will be sent to your e-mail address to allow you to return your parcel at our expense. Please follow the instructions provided with it.
3

Prepare your return parcel

Choose a standard parcel or reuse the box in which the products were delivered. Place the products inside the parcel in their original packaging and in their original condition, neither worn nor damaged. Place the original invoice, supplied when the products were delivered, in the parcel.
4

Refund time limit

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your parcel by Épice. We remind you that refunds are made by crediting your credit card or your Paypal account.
