What are the delivery times?

ÉPICE PARIS offers you a fast and secure Express delivery method. Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch of your order. Delivery is on average between 1 to 2 working days from the dispatch of the order.

What are the shipping fees ?

Outside France, the cost of delivery will be communicated to you before validation of the order.

Delivery costs do not exceed 30€. Please refer to this scale:

Delivery to France: €9.90

Delivery to Europe from €15

Delivery to World from €25 €

How can I track my order?

Your order is processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. A tracking number will be available for each order placed. No shipping on weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing a link to ensure proper tracking of the order.


How can I get reimbursed?

ÉPICE has implemented simplified procedures to allow you to return your product in the best conditions, in particular:

What are the deadlines for obtaining my refund?

The refund will be made no later than 30 days from receipt of your package by Épice. We remind you that refunds are made by crediting your bank card or your Paypal account.

How to order online ?

To buy online, simply add the items to your Basket and confirm your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, an email will be sent to you confirming your purchase and containing a link to track the delivery.
